USA Dumpster Rent provides dumpster rentals, portable toilets, temporary fencing, storage containers, mobile offices, restroom trailers, shower trailers, and related job-site services. We arrange delivery, pickup, and servicing of rental equipment through our own dispatch and approved equipment providers.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary depending on delivery distance, rental duration, weight, disposal fees, and local regulations. We will confirm all charges before scheduling delivery.

A quote is not a reservation until payment or a valid payment method is collected and delivery is confirmed by our dispatch team.

Rental periods and extensions

Standard rental periods are described at the time of booking. Extensions are available by request and may incur additional daily or weekly charges. Please contact dispatch as early as possible if you need more time.

Permits and site access

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for placing equipment on public property. You must provide safe, clear access for delivery and pickup. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate site conditions, low-hanging wires, soft ground, or obstructions.

Prohibited materials

Hazardous materials, liquids, tires, batteries, appliances with refrigerant, paint, asbestos, and other restricted items may not be placed in dumpsters or containers unless specifically approved in writing. Additional fees or remediation costs may apply if prohibited materials are found.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery are typically eligible for a full refund or credit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee. Custom orders and long-term rentals may have different terms, which will be disclosed at booking.

Limitation of liability

USA Dumpster Rent is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
